Wei Chin Metal Co., Ltd. is capable of producing wire materials with dimensions ranging from an outer diameter of Ø6 to Ø40 mm and lengths from 6 mm to 250 mm.

The company has grown from operating a single screw forming machine to now running seven multi-station special screw forming machines.

Our equipment has evolved from 2-die 2-blow processes to advanced 6-die 6-blow processes. The materials we work with have also expanded to include SUS302/304 stainless steel, aluminum, copper, SCM440 chromium-molybdenum steel, medium carbon steel, and chromium-vanadium steel, among others.
