Wei Chin Metal Co., Ltd. is capable of producing wire materials with dimensions ranging from an outer diameter of Ø6 to Ø40 mm and lengths from 6 mm to 250 mm. From a single screw forming machine in the beginning, the company has grown to operate 7 multi-station special screw forming machines.

Our machinery has evolved from 2-die 2-blow processes to advanced 6-die 6-blow processes. The range of materials we process has also expanded to include SUS302-304 stainless steel, aluminum, copper, SCM440 chromium-molybdenum steel, medium carbon steel, and chromium-vanadium steel. We specialize in developing and manufacturing hand tool connectors, bicycle quick-release axles, brake bolts, automotive steering tie rod end bolts, forged steel cylinder fittings for airbag systems, and various fasteners for tire applications.
